Water and wastewater construction and management
Delivering clean water, wastewater and industrial water facilities and networks to customers across the UK
Our work involves working with regulated businesses to deliver modern water infrastructure and treatment facilities, protecting the nation’s health and our environment by ensuring that we have the necessary infrastructure for the modern era.
We provide a range of construction solutions to support water and wastewater management services. These include water facility design and build, construct only projects, concept engineering, programme management, project management and commissioning. We are able to support operations and plant optimisation if required, ensuring effective and efficient asset development. This comprises mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA), with specialists providing commissioning and technical engineering support.
Our success is built upon our in-house resource which consistently provides excellent results, recognising our customers’ needs and understanding where we can make a positive difference.
We’ve worked with most of the UK’s regulated water utilities since privatisation in the late 80s and previously with many of the local water authorities. We have steadily grown our water contracting business since, securing frameworks and individual targeted opportunities across the UK.
Scope of works
Our typical scope of works includes non-infrastructure (water and wastewater treatment plant services) new build, refurbishment and asset maintenance together with infrastructure (water and wastewater pipes and pipelines treatment and management services).
We’ve been appointed to Thames Water’s £4bn AMP7 framework and South West Water’s Tier 1 Delivery Partners framework, and also have extensive experience of working with other major water utilities including Wessex Water and Yorkshire Water.
