Armed Forces and defence construction services
Building defence-related construction projects
The needs of the UK Armed Forces are highly complex, with equipment and infrastructure becoming more specialised and with technology at the forefront to meet the demands of the modern military. We have supported the Ministry of Defence (MOD) with construction services for over 20 years and have carried out defence-related construction projects in the most demanding locations, with the highest security and vetting standards and significant operational constraints.
We support numerous defence and security clients and are current framework partners to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the CCS construction framework.
We have been a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant since 2018 and a GOLD award holder of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. We are engaged with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) targeting the recruitment of service leavers and other specialist military recruitment agencies.
Integrated Care Campus at Catterick Garrison
We secured the contract to deliver the detailed design phase of the construction of the new Integrated Care Campus at Catterick Garrison along with an enabling works package; the build phase began in early 2024.
Developed through a joint collaboration between the MOD and the National Health Service (NHS), the new Integrated Care Campus aims to bring together local GP services, MOD medical service provision, community services, mental health care and other voluntary, community and social enterprise sector services under one roof within a unique purpose-built centre.
Due to complete in 2026, the development will enhance provision in the area by improving access to a range of community services for both military personnel, families and veterans based at Catterick Garrison and the residents of the surrounding Richmondshire area.
